If you wish to close your account on the Airfunding Android app, please reach out to the Airfunding support team by selecting [Support] from the app menu. Our support team will assist you with your request promptly.
You can also reach our support team via email at support.airfunding@kiheitai.co.jp. Please mention "Account Deletion Request" in the email subject line.
Please be aware that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Also, please note that it is not possible to delete an account with an ongoing project that has received support.
If you are concerned about the type of information that will be deleted or stored from your account, please review the following:
Information that will be removed upon deletion of your account:
- All your Personally Identifiable Information and other sensitive data:
- Authentication information
- User profile information
- Financial account information
- Device tokens
Information that will not be immediately deleted:
- The following user-generated content has a retention period of 1 year after the project is finished:
- Project title, cover image, and description (text and images)
- Update posts (text and images/videos)
- Post comments
- Support comments
- Gratitude templates
- Personal identification documents and ID selfies have a retention policy of 5 years due to AML requirements.
